How many children does the quoted cost cover? It covers upto 35 children, otherwise there may be a small extra charge.

Will the entertainer dress up? Yes, your entertainer will have a selection of costumes that you can choose from.

What is the best time of day to book a party? Being flexible helps us, we recommend 11-1pm or 3-5pm which also allows a break for food. If the children are younger we suggest the morning slot.

My child is deaf and has special needs, can you cater for him? Yes, we have an entertainer that is a qualified communicator for deaf people trained in British Sign Language to level II, deaf awareness and has experience working with children who are deaf, special needs, disabled and autistic.

I am getting married and would like to keep the kids entertained in a separate room, can you cater for this? Yes, we entertain at weddings, Christenings, Barmitzvahs, naming ceremonies, adult birthdays or any other adult function.

I am having a party in a restaurant, can I hire an entertainer to come there? Yes, our entertainers can go to your house, a hall, a restaurant, a park, a garden or anywhere else you wish to hold your party.

We are having a corporate Christmas event, do you entertain at work offices for large groups of children? Yes and the entertainment can be as energetic or as low key as you wish.

Will the entertainer perform outside? Yes, however we ask for a shelter if the weather is warm. If the weather is slightly colder it can be hard to perform so we request the entertainment to be inside. The entertainer will also need power for her music.

Will I have to pay a deposit? Yes we require a small non-refundable deposit which can be made by credit or debit card. please note there will be a transaction fee for credit card payments.

Can you hold a booking for a week until I know if I can get the hall? We will need a deposit to secure your booking. This must be sent within 4 days of making the booking.

What happens if I cancel my booking after I paid the deposit?  The deposit is non refundable and if your booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the date of your party, there will be a £100 cancellation fee.

I went to one of your parties and had a great time, I would like to book you but I do not live within the stated area. Do your entertainers travel further? Yes, but there will be an additional charge to cover travel costs.

Can I tell you exactly what I want and for how long I want each activity to last? Jelly Tots prides itself on catering for your needs and requirements. However, all children and parties are different, your entertainer will judge on the day, the activities that work best with the individual group. Therefore a pre-party breakdown is not always possible.

I can't decide whether to let the parents stay and watch the party, what do you recommend? We love having the adults participate in the fun, although sometimes alot of background noise can be a distraction. To make your child's party a successful one, please help your entertainer by requesting parents of over 5's to collect their child at the end, or perhaps have a separate room for the adults.

I am thinking of hiring a bouncy castle, do you recommend this? We feel a bouncy castle is not a necessity and can be a distraction to the children, so we request it is turned off during entertainment.

I would like to hire a face painter as well. Do you recommend having one as well as an entertainer? Yes, kids love face painting and glitter tattoos and this works perfectly alongside entertainment.

I need a balloon modeller for a 6 hour event at our store opening, can you help? Yes, all of our entertainers are fantastic balloon modellers.

My daughter loves dancing, do I really need to have a disco or does a regular party include this? Discos are recommended for parties in larger halls with larger numbers of children for the 7's and over. A standard party will still have lots of music, dancing, fun and games but with a smaller music system.

Does the entertainer bring her own music and CD player? YES

I like the idea of flashing lights but I dont want to pay extra for a disco, can we just hire the lights? Yes, please add this onto your enquiry form and and we can let you know charges and availability.
