PARTY ASSISTANT

We often notice that parents are so busy in the kitchen they miss out on all the fun, so why not book an assistant so that you can enjoy some of the entertainment with your little one. We bring to you our latest service to Jelly Tots...perfect for large parties and even for the slightly smaller ones to make your day as stress-free as possible. Please note our assistants are supplied to help you with the running of the party, unfortunately we do not supply assistant staff to organise the full party. You can speak to your assistant prior to your party with your requirements or leave it to the day to decide depending on how things are running. You can choose to have your assistant come dressed in a Jelly Tots uniform (smart black trousers and Jelly Tots t'shirt) or in costume: we have fairy, pirate or Dizzy (bright wacky colourful costume with wings).

Your assistant will arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the entertainment to welcome guests and their parents. During tattoo time, she will be on-hand to either offer and serve drinks (supplied by you) to the adults, or to help the children line up for their tattoos. She will then assist with the general running of the entertainment, encouraging smaller or shy children to participate and join in with the general games and activities.

Once the entertainer breaks for food, your assistant can help with any of the following:

*balloon modelling with the entertainer if there are a large number of children.
*assist with serving the food and drinks (supplied by you) to children and adults.
*sit with the children whilst they eat their party food to ensure everyone is happy (and eating!).

Once the break is over, your assistant can help with any of the following:
*assist your entertainer with the general running of the games and activities.
*cut the cake to put into the party bags/help clear up the food, kitchen, tables etc.

At the end of the party your entertainer (if required) can give out your party bags (supplied by you, unless purchased from us as an extra) and wave off your guests.
